Belgrade Airport welcomed 833,761 passengers last month, marking the busiest September in its history.
The figure represents an increase of 28.9% compared to the pre-pandemic 2019 and a growth of 37.8% annually.
During the first three quarters of the year, Belgrade Airport handled 5.95m travelers, up 25% and 42% compared to 2019 and 2022, respectively.
Shares in Belgrade Airport “Nikola Tesla” (AERO), which supervises the implementation of the concession, have recorded a decline in recent weeks, reaching an RSD 1,800 level.
At the current price, the market capitalization of the company stands at RSD 63.2bn (about EUR 540m).
