The number of building permits issued in Serbia fell by 2.8% in 2022, the country’s statistical office said on Tuesday.
The estimated value of the projects covered by the issued permits increased by 10.1% on an annual comparison basis last year, the statistical office said in a statement.
In December alone, the number of permits decreased by 12% compared to the same month last year, to 2,561, while the estimated value of the works covered by them increased by 6%.
