The previous week saw the domestic stock market continue its decline, which weakened by almost 1%. Total turnover on the market amounted to a modest RSD 37.9m (EUR 0.3m), while the Belex15 index fell by 0.9% to 1,131.3 points.

The most actively traded stock in the index basket was Belgrade Airport (AERO), with a turnover of RSD 7.2m. The stock returned to the psychological barrier of RSD 2,000 following a weaker demand in the second half of the week.

Shares of Dunav Osiguranje (DNOS) fell by less than 1% to 1,362 dinars on a modest turnover of RSD 3.4m. The stock has seen a significant slowdown in investment activity this year, with a narrow range of stock price fluctuations.

Shares in Messer Tehnogas (TGAS) fell by 1.4% to RSD 35,000 with a turnover of RSD 3.4m, while the preference shares of Philip Morris (DINNPB) were traded at RSD 9,400 level after the dividend cut-off date.

The temporary suspension of trading in shares of the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIIS) continued last week, with no additional public information available to shed light on the fate of the country’s largest company.
