The domestic stock market saw a slight decline last week amid weak investment activity. Total turnover on the market amounted to RSD 341.9m (EUR 2.9m), while the Belex15 index weakened by 0.4% to 1,227.9 points.

Shares of Dunav Osiguranje (DNOS) recorded a turnover of RSD 2.6m, with a slight fluctuation around the level of RSD 1,950. Since the beginning of the year, this stock has recorded around 8% growth, having previously been among the main gainers in the index basket last year, with a growth of 30.9%.

Shares in Messer Tehnogas (TGAS) remained at RSD 34,500, despite the stock going ex-dividend ahead of the AGM. As proposed, shareholders should receive a dividend of RSD 1,115 per share, as was the case last year (a yield of 3.2%).

Metalac (MTLC) saw a 3.1% decline to RSD 2,035, while Jedinstvo (JESV) emerged as a notable gainer, reaching RSD 8,500 dinars on low turnover. The majority owner of Energoprojekt Holding (ENHL), Napred Razvoj, announced on Friday a public offer to take over the shares it does not own at RSD 452 per share. The offer will remain open until 29 June.
