After the AGM of Dunav Osiguranje (DNOS), held on April 27, adopted the decision on the profit distribution, the company will launch the dividend payment tomorrow, July 7, CSD reports.
The shareholders will receive half of the FY profit posted in the non-life insurance segment of RSD 514.9m, i.e., a gross dividend of RSD 33.89 per share.
The company fixed April 17 as the record date.
As is known, the management initially proposed to distribute no dividend from last year’s profit. The majority owner of the company, the Republic of Serbia, objected to the proposal.
Since the beginning of the year, shares in Dunav Osiguranje have fallen by more than 10% and are currently trading at RSD 953.
