Serbia’s economic output grew by a real 1.7% in the second quarter of 2023, the country’s statistical office said in a flash estimate on Monday.

More details on the growth of Serbia’s gross domestic product (GDP) in the second quarter will be released on August 31, the statistical office said in a statement.

In the first quarter of 2023, Serbia’s economy grew by 0.7% compared to the previous year, the statistical office said in May.

In 2022, Serbia’s economic output increased by an estimated 2.3%.
