The first week of April saw low trading volumes on the stock market, with the benchmark Belex15 index remaining unchanged at around 990 points. Total turnover on the market amounted to RSD 286.5m (EUR 2.4m), mainly due to trading in government bonds.

The most active stock was Dunav Osiguranje (DNOS), which rose by 1.5% to RSD 1,064 on a turnover of RSD 4.3m. As previously announced, the company has called the AGM for April 25, with an ex-dividend date of April 9. Management has proposed a dividend of RSD 51.64 per share.

Shares in the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIIS) had a modest turnover of RSD 2.6m and remained unchanged at RSD 860. The company will announce Q1 results by the end of the month and the dividend proposal by the end of May.

Shares in Messer Tehnogas (TGAS) reached RSD 25,000, which is the price from the takeover bid launched by the majority owner of the company. A local Business Registers Agency (APR) announced Tehnogas’ FY23 results – revenues rose by 40.6% to RSD 16.0bn, while net profit increased by 32.4% to RSD 2.64bn.

Construction company Energoprojekt Holding (ENHL) rose 2% to RSD 316 on a turnover of RSD 1.7m. Shares in this company have been traded around the RSD 300 level for a while, for a fifth of the price Napred paid for a controlling stake in the company seven years ago.
