The domestic stock market dropped last week mainly due to a stock price decrease in the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIIS). The Belex15 index fell by 0.8% to 987.3 points, while total turnover on the market amounted to RSD 213.3m (EUR 1.8m).

The Petroleum Industry of Serbia was by far the most active stock, with a turnover of RSD 31.9m and a price drop of 3.3% to RSD 821. During the week, under pressure from sellers, the NIS fell to the psychological level of RSD 800, even though the record date for dividend payment was approaching. From Friday, June 14, the stock will go ex-dividend, with dividend proposal at RSD 64.26 per share.

Preferred shares in Philip Morris (DINNPB) recorded a turnover of RSD 2.3m with an unchanged price of RSD 7,600, while insurer Dunav Osiguranje (DNOS) suffered a 2.2% drop to RSD 958 with a modest turnover of RSD 1.8m.

The aluminum rolling mill Impol Seval (IMPL) was again among the gainers, jumping 11.3% to RSD 7,790 with a turnover of RSD 1.8m. The stock will go ex-dividend on Monday, June 10 (dividend proposal at RSD 870.5 per share).

Belgrade Airport (AERO) remained at RSD 1,900 level with a turnover of RSD 1.1m, while Jedinstvo Sevojno (JESV) led the losers, with a decrease of 5.8% to RSD 7,009 and a turnover of RSD 0.7m.
