Biography

Milanka Dević has more than 10 years of working experience in banking, corporate and commercial law.

She has been working with Momentum Securities since 2011 and has been performing legal affairs and internal control tasks.

Since 2004 she has worked with the Legal Affairs Department of Kulska Bank and performed tasks in the field of corporate governance, labour, contractual and property rights, and since 2007 she was employed as an Internal Controller with the Investment Banking Directorate of OTP Bank Serbia.

Milanka graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad and obtained her degree in 2003. She passed the Bar Exam in 2010 in front of the Examination Board in Novi Sad.
