Biography
Zoran Lazić has over 15 years of experience in the financial market.
He has a wealth of experience in all segments of investment services, especially in the fields of capital structure consulting, business strategy, company takeovers, etc.
Zoran started his career in 2002 as a member of the brokerage company VobDIL Novi Sad, while in 2003 he moved to Vojvodjanska Bank, Brokerage and Corporate Affairs Department. In 2006, he transferred to Komercijalna Bank as a Head of Brokerage Department. At the end of 2007 he became a co-founder of the Investment Company Momentum Securities ad Novi Sad and was the Head of the Corporate Affairs Department. Since 2012 holds the postition of Executive Director.
Zoran has earned a degree in economics from the School of Business in Novi Sad, Finance and Accounting Department, and a Master’s degree in service business at MBS Faculty in Belgrade.
Memberships and licenses: He earned his broker license in January 2002.
