Sevojno-based Jedinstvo (JESV) has completed the procedure of canceling its treasury shares, the Central Securities Depository announced.

As already known, the AGM agreed to annul 22,427 treasury shares, or 8.8% of the total number, that the company purchased on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

After the end of the procedure, Jedinstvo’s issued shares total 232,703, which at the last price of RSD 6,382 gives the company’s market capitalization of RSD 1.5bn (EUR 12.7m).

Jedinstvo has canceled treasury shares for the third time, after the company completed the same procedure in October 2018 and 2020.
